First check out their BBB abd Bizrate ratings.
NEVER order anything like that off the net. Go to an antique dealer (after studying up on what you want). Learn to look for telltale signs of previous restoration…that ruins any value the piece may have had. Looks for signs that the piece is a reproduction.

I’d suggest that the first thing to do is decide on what items you want to buy. Then find out about each style, period, material, origin, etc. Then when you have this nailed down you can start to shop for the individual pieces. And hopefully at that time you’ll know enough about them to keep yourself from being ripped off.
